Exploring Attachment and Boundaries in Nova Scotia
On September 27th, 2025, a group of practitioners in the Annapolis Valley region of Nova Scotia, Canada came together for a bioenergetics workshop focused on a central question: How do we maintain connection with others while staying true to ourselves?
What We Explored
Attachment Style and Personal Boundaries
We discussed and explored how attachment style defines the way we set personal boundaries with anyone in our lives. Participants had body-based experiences regarding these aspects of our unique personalities.
Developing Secure Attachment to Self
Participants learned how to work towards developing a secure attachment to their inner child—to themselves. This foundation enables us to respond to life from a grounded, assertive place instead of reacting in a destructive manner.
